My Philosophy
Being a human is already difficult, let’s not make it any harder on ourselves.
I’m a mom seeking health and happiness for myself and my family. I am fascinated by the wisdom held collectively by all the moms of the world, both past and present. I’m seeking out the best home, nutrition and life advice (and scientific evidence) I can find, condensing it down to helpful tidbits and sharing it here with all of you.
I believe that mental and emotional health are just as important as physical health and cannot be ignored.
I believe that all bodies (all shapes, sizes, colors, nationalities, abilities) are inherently beloved and worthy of respect, care and kindness. Nutrition and health advice I provide is from a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach.
What to Expect
I’ll be answering the questions: Where are we making things harder than they need to be? How can we make things easier on ourselves? Where are we stuck and what’s the best way forward?
Expect to read content about nutrition, home, self-care, health and wellness, relationships and personal growth.
If you come away from here having picked up one small tidbit you can implement to make your rhythms smoother, your health better or your responsibilities a bit easier, then I’m doing my job.
