Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition counseling may sound intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. Costs are often 100% covered by insurance, and cash pay rates are very reasonable.

I believe that all people deserve ethical nutritional care with a curious and compassionate approach. I find that most individuals are their own body’s best experts. I partner with you to set goals that improve both your short and long term health.

I became interested in nutrition during high school. As a multi sport athlete and high achiever, food and nutrition became an unhealthy obsession that led to years of an eating disorder. After recovery, my main area of interest became helping people pursue a full, rich and vibrant life that was healthy and sustainable. I help people learn and lean into gentle nutrition knowledge without obsessing or falling into chronic diets.

My training was heavy in Medical Nutrition Therapy and client goal setting. I have a passion for intuitive eating, general wellness, pre and postnatal women and disordered eating, but am comfortable seeing patients with a variety of medical conditions.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and licensed in the state of Mississippi. I am currently in network with Cigna and United Healthcare.

You also have the option to self-pay, and/or request a Superbill to be filed with your insurance for reimbursement for your visit.

Cash rates are $150 for 90 minute initial consultation and $100 for 60 minute follow up appointments.

Here's how to get scheduled!

Step One

You book a 90 minute initial appointment. If you can't find a time that works for your schedule, contact me to request a different appointment time.

Step Two

You complete the forms emailed to you, providing insurance information or putting a credit card on file if you plan to be cash-pay.

Step Three

Your insurance is verified and your coverage for nutrition counseling is checked. I let you know via email prior to your appointment what your coverage is.

Step Four

At appointment time, you use a computer or phone to join our HIPPA compliant, secure video call. At the end of our visit, we will schedule one or more follow up appointments.
